- 250ml binary
- 1 dessert spoon of crushed ice
- 10 ml passionfruit cordial (e.g. Tesseire)
- Fresh thyme
- Lemon slice
Place the crushed ice and lemon slice in a stemmed glass. Add the passionfruit cordial and binary – and give it a quick stir. Crush/muddle a sprig of thyme with a pestle and add. Serve and enjoy.
