Grenadine and Rosemary Aperitif


  • 250ml binary
  • 1 dessert spoon of crushed ice
  • 10 ml grenadine (e.g. Tessiere)
  • Muddled rosemary

Place the crushed ice in a stemmed glass.  Add the grenadine and binary – and give it a quick stir.  Crush/muddle a sprig of rosemary with a pestle and add.  Serve and enjoy.
