INGREDIENTS
- 250ml binary 0.5
- 5ml sugar syrup
- Sliced cucumber
- Muddled rosemary
METHOD
Slice cucumber lengthwise using a vegetable peeler. Twist the slice around the inside of a stemmed glass. Gently muddle the rosemary and add ice. Top up with Binary and stir.
Garnish with fresh rosemary.
